Our Flavors of Frozen Custard
We offer four varieties of frozen custard mix for sale. We offer vanilla, chocolate, and unflavored custard mixes, all of which we process using Ultra High Temperature (UHT). We also offer an all-natural unflavored custard mix that we process using the High Temperature Short Time (HTST) method. Each variety of custard works in continuous, batch, and soft-serve freezers.
Each unit of custard mix is five gallons — our UHT custards come in two bags of 2.5 gallons each, while our HTST custard comes in five single-gallon bags. Freezing points range from 17 degrees Fahrenheit to 21 degrees, depending on the flavor.
Each of our varieties of custard mix creates the perfect base for your restaurant’s frozen desserts. With mix-ins, toppings, and syrups, you can create a unique dessert experience for your customers.
